Terms of Use
The short version
- Menu Planner 2 is made by InnovaDev, LLC. Using it is covered by the licence agreement of the store you got it from.
- Premium is bought through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel a subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account.
- Your recipes, plans and lists are yours.
The licence agreement
Menu Planner 2 (“the App”) is made by InnovaDev, LLC, a one-person company. I’m the App’s developer, and “I” and “me” in these terms mean me and InnovaDev, LLC. If you got the App from Apple’s App Store, for iPhone, iPad or Mac, your use of it is covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you got it from Google Play, for Android, your use of it is covered by the Google Play Terms of Service. These terms add a few details about Menu Planner 2 itself.
Premium and subscriptions
You can use Menu Planner 2 for free. Premium adds features such as more than one list, more profiles, adding suggested meals and sending links. You can buy it in the App:
- Premium, bought once. It unlocks Premium in the App you bought it in (iPhone and iPad together, the Mac, or Android). It doesn’t include sync.
- Premium + Sync, a monthly or yearly subscription. It includes Premium on every device signed in to your account, plus sync, online backup and household sharing.
Purchases are paid through your App Store or Google Play account, at the price shown in the App before you buy. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. To cancel, go to your subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Premium + Sync until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
If you’ve paid for a yearly subscription, or for 8 months of a monthly one, in an App, Premium stays on in that App after the subscription ends. Sync, online backup and household sharing stop when the subscription ends.
Your recipes and lists
Everything you add to Menu Planner 2, such as recipes, photos, meal plans, lists and notes, stays yours. You’re responsible for what you add, import or share, including recipes and photos you save from websites or other apps. Please respect the rights of their authors.
Households and sharing
When you join or start a household, the people in it see and can change the recipes, plans and lists you share with them. When you send a Menu Planner 2 link, anyone who has the link can open what you shared.
Privacy
My Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it’s used.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms as the App changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
