If you use Apple’s Family Sharing, the people in your family group get the plan you bought too, on their own Apple Account.
Bought Premium + Sync before signing in? Sign in or create an account straight afterwards: nothing is backed up until you do. Everything already on this device stays, and is added to your account when you sign in.
