Give a store a location, and your shopping list switches to that store when you open the list there.

  1. Go to Settings → Stores and tap the store.
  2. Under Location, tap Use My Current Location while you’re at the store, or Search for the Store to find it by name or address.
  3. If you’re asked, allow Menu Planner 2 to use your location.
  4. Tap the checkmark (or Done) at the top.

You can set it from your list too. Pick the store at the top of the Lists tab, tap Set Up on the card that offers to switch to it, and choose I’m at the Store Now or Search for the Store.

Your location is only read when you open your list or come back to it, never in the background. If a store’s location was set on another of your devices, this one asks to use your location the first time you open your list. To stop the list switching, turn off Switch to the Store You’re At in Settings → Stores (it appears once a store has a location).

When the list switches, a message at the bottom says so, with Undo to go back to what you were looking at.
