Your list follows a store’s aisles while it’s showing that one store. When items aren’t where you expect, check these:

  1. One store is picked. At the top of the Lists tab, tap the store’s name. All shows everything in one list by name, without aisles.
  2. Aisles are turned on. Open List Options (•••) and make sure Show Aisles is checked.
  3. The store has aisles. Go to Settings → Stores, tap the store, and add aisles in the order you walk the shop. A store with none yet offers Add Standard Aisles as a starting set.
  4. The item has an aisle at that store. Items without one wait at the top of the list under Needs an aisle. Tap Pick Aisle on an item, or Assign to go through them one at a time.

Items that aren’t at any store are under No Store, at the bottom of the list and as a choice at the top.
