Making one device’s copy the one everyone gets

If one iPhone or iPad has everything right and your others don’t, you can make it the copy everyone gets. On that device, open Profile & Settings, tap your email, tap Advanced, then Replace My Account’s Copy (in a household, Replace the Household’s Copy) and Continue.

This deletes everything saved online and saves what’s on this device in its place. Your other devices, and everyone in your household, then get what’s on this device. It needs Premium + Sync, and in a household only the owner can do it.
