1. On the Home tab, tap the chart button at the top right (Reports).
  2. Tap Nutrition Trends.
  3. Choose 7D, 30D or 90D at the top, and a profile if you have more than one.

For each nutrient on your meal plan that has a goal, you see how many days landed inside it and your daily average, and a note when it runs over or low on weekends. When you go over a limit, it also lists the foods that added the most. Nutrients you track without a goal show their averages under Other Tracked Values. It counts what was planned, not what was eaten.

The report needs goals. Set them with the report’s Set Goals button, or in the profile’s Nutrition & Goals.
