Foods That Fit uses each nutrition goal the way it’s set: it tries to reach an At least goal, keeps under an At most goal, and stays inside a Between goal. You can change that for each goal.
- In Foods That Fit, tap the row that says what you’re Aiming for. Or open the profile’s Nutrition & Goals (or the gear on a day’s nutrition card) and tap What to Aim For.
- Tap a goal and choose how it’s used.
- For a nutrient without a goal, tap Add a Nutrient, choose it, then More Is Better or Less Is Better.
- Aim For — foods that get you closer come first.
- Keep Under — nothing suggested takes you past it.
- Ignore — not used when finding foods.
- A Between goal can also be Stay Between, Reach the Low End or Stay Under the High End.
- More Is Better and Less Is Better only change the order, since there’s no number to stay under.
Your choices also guide the Fits What’s Left Today sort and the nutrition goals switch in Suggest Meals. To change the goals themselves, tap Edit Your Goals (or Edit and the profile’s name) at the bottom.
Choices save as soon as you make them. They’re kept with the profile, so with Premium + Sync your other devices use them too.
