On the Meals tab, tap ••• at the top and choose:

  • Print or Save PDF… — print the plan, or save it as a PDF you can send to anyone.
  • Share — a link another Premium Menu Planner 2 user can open to add the plan to their app. Links need an internet connection and expire after 48 hours.

Both start with the days you’re looking at: the week showing in the list, or the day you have open (Day Options inside a day has both too). On iPad, it’s the day, week or month showing.

In Print or Save PDF, pick up to 31 days, the profile (if you have more than one) and the meal types. Choose Week Grid (the week across a sideways page) or Day by Day, and the paper size. You can include Servings and Amounts, Meal Notes, Nutrition for Each Day (when the profile shows nutrition) and The Recipes, which print after the plan, each on a new page. Then tap Print or Share PDF.

In Share, choose the profile, the meal types and the dates (up to 31 days), and whether to include Empty Meal Plans, Images and Tags. Then tap the checkmark (or Share) and pick how to send the link.

Printing a meal plan is free. Sending one as a link is a Premium feature.
