On iPhone, the Meals tab is one long list of days. Scroll to move through time, or swipe the week strip at the top to jump a week. Tap Today to come back. To go to any date, tap the month name at the top, pick a day and tap the checkmark (or Done). Inside a day, tap its date to open the calendar, or use the arrows for the day before or after.
On iPad, choose Day, Week or Month at the top. Day shows the list of days with the chosen day beside it. Week shows seven days side by side — swipe for another week. Month scrolls up and down; tap a month along the bottom to jump to it, and choose Detailed or Compact in the ••• menu. Week and Month have a Search box.
The calendar you open from the month name (or a day’s date) shows a dot in each meal’s color on the days that have meals, and lists the chosen day’s meals. Today jumps back to today, and Add Meal Types… adds meals to the chosen day without leaving the calendar.
To show just one meal type, tap the filter button at the top of the Meals tab (on iPad, in Week and Month) and pick it; choose Show All to see everything again. Inside a day, Day Options (•••) → Display Mode shows foods as a List or List with Images. To change the first day of the week, set Starting Weekday in Settings.
