To print a recipe or save it as a PDF you can send to anyone, open it and tap Print or Save PDF… at the top — if you don’t see it, tap More (•••) first. On a wide screen it’s in the Share button’s menu. Choose a Full Page or a 6 × 4 in Recipe Card, the servings, Show Amounts In, Large Text, and whether to include the photo, the notes, where it’s from and nutrition per serving. Then tap Print or Share PDF.

To paste a recipe into a note, an email or a message, tap Share at the top — if you don’t see it, tap More (•••) first — and choose Copy Recipe as Text. Copied shows for a moment; then paste it wherever you like. It has the name, times, where it’s from, its summary, the ingredients for the servings showing (in the measures chosen in Show Amounts In), the steps and the notes. The photo isn’t included.

Choose Share… in the same menu to create a link another Premium Menu Planner 2 user can import. A link needs an internet connection and expires after 48 hours.

To print or share several recipes, filter the Kitchen tab down to them, then tap Options (•••) → Print or Save PDF… or Share. It uses what’s showing; a printout takes up to 100 recipes.

To save all your recipes to one file, tap your picture at the top left, then Settings → Import & Export → Export All Recipes.

Printing a recipe and copying it as text are free. Sharing recipes as a link, and printing several at once from the Kitchen, are Premium features.
